The eApartment Life Syndicated Private Label Program empowers residents to collectively purchase and co-own a portfolio of everyday consumer products—including toiletries, cleaning supplies, vitamins, supplements, and household essentials—under a unified, resident-owned brand tentatively named Tenant™.

By aggregating purchasing power across multiple apartment communities, eApartment Life negotiates factory-direct pricing and private-label manufacturing agreements, giving residents access to high-quality goods at wholesale cost while also earning ownership shares in the Tenant™ brand.


How It Works

  • Syndicated Purchasing: eApartment Life organizes group orders from thousands of residents across partner communities, creating volume sufficient for wholesale or private-label production.

  • Tenant™ Brand Creation: Participating residents and properties collectively own a share of the Tenant™ private-label brand, with profits distributed proportionally to community participation.

  • Product Categories: Includes essential personal care items (toothpaste, shampoo, soap), wellness products (vitamins, supplements, protein), and household consumables (detergent, cleaning supplies).

  • Ownership Allocation: Each participating tenant receives equity tokens or profit-sharing units in the Tenant™ brand based on purchase volume and subscription longevity.

  • Distribution: Products are delivered directly to participating communities via consolidated, low-cost delivery networks—reducing waste, packaging, and freight emissions.
